After less than 6 months of use, the screen is no longer showing the expected visuals. Customer service for the manufacturer not responding to my emails. I will escalate via Amazon CS. Very poor service

First unit I purchased worked fine the subsequent 2 units have not worked they were dead when mains connected no response from suppliers technical

After 1 week, the unit is no longer working and customer services is non-existent. My panels are 2700watt 360v 5-8 amp in sunshine,(tested at the input to the box with meter) but the unit only says it has 0-1 amp input and only 0-300wats in full sun.it's broken and a waste of money and time. Item looks good, but it's not fit for purpose and I have been waiting weeks on an email from EDECOA who seem not to care about their customer at all
