Q: I ordered two bottles, the box and bottles were crushed upon arrival. I tried to go through the return center. What should I do to get a refund?

I didn’t have that happen to me regarding these bottles but I did have that happen for something else. I ended up calling Amazon support and then sending them a picture of it as well.

Q: Is this still being shipped with such bad packaging that the bottle breaks in transit?
