Excellent (just short of perfect)
First of all, these headsets do not have a noise cancellation feature, so I have no idea whatsoever why Amazon want me to rate that feature. Obviously 0 stars for that. Even Jlabs don't make that claim! After that it had to be said that this is a terrific headset for the money. Light and comfortable, easy to install, runs for ages between charges. It's fair to say that it will satisfy 99.99% of users 99.99% of the time whether it's being used for an Office Teams meeting, multiplayer video game, to watch a movie or tutorial, or listening to music. Sound quality is pretty good with bass frequencies reproduced powerfully down to about 20hz with little flutter, although I was slightly disappointed to find that at the upper end the frequency response tops out at a mere 15khz. I was hoping for at least 18khz, but the cut off is so dramatic I suspect this is by design so that anyone using it for many hours continuously is protected from high frequencies that could cause headaches, so this could well be another very positive design point. Also it is basically marketed as office equipment rather than HiFi, so that's fair enough.I like that the mic lights up red when muted. When I'm awaiting my turn to speak in a Teams meeting, I mute my mic on the headset not within the Teams app. This means I'm not frantically trying to get my mouse back into the right place to unmute myself when my turn comes - I just click the switch on the right earpiece and I'm on.The mic arm rotates both ways so you can have it on the left or right side, but if you have it on the left, the left and right stereo channels are flipped, so if having stereo sound with the mic on the left is important to you, make sure your phone or sound card can flip the stereo channels back for you.Overall, 4.99 stars.

Great workhorse for calls - just watch the headband
Been using these JBuds Work headphones for nearly 6 months now, mostly for Teams meetings, and they’ve been spot-on. Setup was easy, and daily use has been smooth sailing. I love how you can mute quickly using the button on the earcup, and flipping the mic up ends the call—super intuitive. Only minor thing: if you mute using the headset, Teams doesn’t show it as muted, which can be a bit misleading. Not a big deal, but worth knowing. The connection’s been great—I’ve walked around the house without any dropouts, and switching between my laptop and phone is hassle-free. Battery life is solid too. I get about a week out of it, even with a semi-packed schedule of calls most days.Comfort’s decent. You can remove one earcup, which makes longer meetings way more bearable—plus I don’t feel like I’m shouting just to hear myself! No issues with hot ears or discomfort, even after a couple of hours.Sound quality is nice and clear, and people on the other end have always heard me fine. Only downside I’ve noticed is the headband starting to fray. Looks a bit tatty now, which I didn’t expect this soon—hoping it doesn’t get worse.Overall, great value and super practical for work stuff. Just wish the build quality matched the rest.

Great headset and value for money
I needed a headset as I work as a volunteer for the Bat Conservation Trust Helpline UK. As a volunteer I couldn’t afford an expensive headset but needed something that was compatible with GLO com and also worked on my iMac. This headset is excellent, easy to connect - I use it with the USB C Dongle which is supplied with it but it can also be connected via Bluetooth or wired. It charges really quickly and comes with a USB C cable, charge lasts really well easily long enough for my 6 hour shift. The sound quality is great - I had no problem hearing callers and they could hear me well too. Very pleased with it and I would recommend it to anyone working from home taking calls or video calls.I often find it difficult to get over ear headphones that fit properly and don’t slip around - I have a small head but these are fine and also comfortable.

Cracking headset... :-)
I don't often write reviews, but this headset is worth a few words.Sounds quality is good, mic works well and other people can hear me clearly. Battery is good and comfortably lasts way more than a full day.I use it mostly for work where I do a lot of Teams calls, and I can get up and walk around the office (or around the whole house if I am WFH) without dropping the connection. If the battery does get low (not happened yet) or I want to charge it whilst on a call, plugging it into the USB C on the keyboard charges the headset up and changes it into a wired headset. So even if I forgot to charge, it can still be used.Noise cancelling is very good, and to overcome the problem of "shouting" when you can't hear yourself, you can feed your own voice in through the mic into the headset so you can tell how loud you are speaking. Other headsets have that, but it works really well on this one.Mute button on the headset is easy to reach, so making a coffee without anyone hearing the coffee machine is on the option list. Can hang up a call from the headset too, which can be a double edged sword, but is a nice touch. Not had it too long yet, so can't comment on longevity, but it seems solid and well put together - here's hoping it lasts physically.Would I buy another? Absolutely.

Awful
Second pair of these headphones. Second time the exact same issue. They never connect correctly when I turn on laptop, I need to go into Bluetooth setting, disconnect and reconnect for the laptop to pick them up. Then they eventually just stop working.
