Great headset and value for money
I needed a headset as I work as a volunteer for the Bat Conservation Trust Helpline UK. As a volunteer I couldn’t afford an expensive headset but needed something that was compatible with GLO com and also worked on my iMac. This headset is excellent, easy to connect - I use it with the USB C Dongle which is supplied with it but it can also be connected via Bluetooth or wired. It charges really quickly and comes with a USB C cable, charge lasts really well easily long enough for my 6 hour shift. The sound quality is great - I had no problem hearing callers and they could hear me well too. Very pleased with it and I would recommend it to anyone working from home taking calls or video calls.I often find it difficult to get over ear headphones that fit properly and don’t slip around - I have a small head but these are fine and also comfortable.

Great workhorse for calls - just watch the headband
Been using these JBuds Work headphones for nearly 6 months now, mostly for Teams meetings, and they’ve been spot-on. Setup was easy, and daily use has been smooth sailing. I love how you can mute quickly using the button on the earcup, and flipping the mic up ends the call—super intuitive. Only minor thing: if you mute using the headset, Teams doesn’t show it as muted, which can be a bit misleading. Not a big deal, but worth knowing.The connection’s been great—I’ve walked around the house without any dropouts, and switching between my laptop and phone is hassle-free. Battery life is solid too. I get about a week out of it, even with a semi-packed schedule of calls most days.Comfort’s decent. You can remove one earcup, which makes longer meetings way more bearable—plus I don’t feel like I’m shouting just to hear myself! No issues with hot ears or discomfort, even after a couple of hours.Sound quality is nice and clear, and people on the other end have always heard me fine. Only downside I’ve noticed is the headband starting to fray. Looks a bit tatty now, which I didn’t expect this soon—hoping it doesn’t get worse.Overall, great value and super practical for work stuff. Just wish the build quality matched the rest.

High quality, lasting headphones
I ordered this headphone approx. 9 months ago and have been using it every week since then. Almost daily. The comfort wearing it is great and I can easily use it for several hours at once.The microphone is easily hidable in the ear cub, which makes it great for using it as a simple headphone for music and so on too. You can pair it with 2 items and while in a webex meeting, you continue to hear the conference while your mobile is ringing, great!The battery life is incredible! Dozens of hours and then just recharge with the USB C cable of your mobile or laptop. Also a cable, which let's you attach the headphone to a 3.5mm jack is included. Works in every airplane, for instance. Try that with other nowadays earphones.Lately, one of my cushions started to come off. However, the people of jlab are super nice and without any issues, replace my headphones within 2 days (have to wait for the shipping though). I don't know, when I experienced such a helpful customer service last time!Overall, still happy with it. Great buy!

***updated: BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I've had these since April now but the mic had recently broke, I was gutted as they're so comfy and I use them 40+ hours a week, great battery life and amazing being wireless! I contacted the sellers due to the warranty, sent photos of my order receipt and the broken headphones and they sent me a code for a new pair!! The website unfortunately wouldn't work for me however they quickly helped by placing the order for me! They replied so quick and happy to help, I'm honestly so delighted as I've just moved, changed job and couldn't afford to fork out more money! Highly highly recommend, looking forward to continue with the new headset!!!❤️Brilliant, use for working from home and god I love wireless so much, the mute button is great and soo handy too, super loud and so comfy for those long days and the mic is brilliant too. Noise cancelling is also good and great battery life, I do 9hour shifts and usually lasts round 3 days with ease, doesn't take long the charge!

Fine...but Teams bluetooth issues
I thought I'd love these. The sound is very good...battery life incredible - and two sources at once which can work together (playing music from home...Teams call will halt it and I can work)HOWEVER Teams will drop the call religiously every 10-12 mins "In the morning"..but seems to be fine PM... Work that out??Weird! - and the reconnect process takes a good 15-20 secs - Not good if you are the hostThe co shipped me a new set via courier from the US to the UK... and apart from a battered box - all seemed good - interesting they had a different voice from the ones that asked me to smash with a hammer rather than send back (ouch!)But these exhibit the same issue...Im 99% sure its not the Bluetooth on the laptop... but there is something odd.. its a TEAMS issue but the company just keep logging fault tickets and WONT respond at all. THATS POOR SERVICE.And by the way the mute red light - if you sit near a window - no chance of seeing it unless you cup your hand around it..Sadly not great so a bit disappointed unless they can fix them!UPDATE: Not a single hint of help from the Manufacturers - so they arent fit for purpose on TEAMSTo be fair - I think it *might* be a TEAMS issue as it seems to be a common theme... but why?????We could do with the likes of the company to kick back at Msoft and ask why?But for BT heaphones for music - lovely!Steve
