Very comfortable, good quality foam. Not too soft or too hard. Excellent lower back support provides pain relief. The strap is long enough to go around a recliner or car seat and keeps the pillow in place securely. Very satisfied with both the quality and price.

Great for straightening out your back! I slouch over a lot when I play games for looong hours. I didn't want to end up with a permanent hunch back or with neck n back problems so I was looking for a backrest that would naturally support my posture.This one does the job very well. Takes no effort for me to sit up straight now. It supports my lower back well without any blockage to the upper back, which allows me to REALLY sit up straight. 5 stars for that. BUT I do have 2 minor issues.1. The strap is attached too high on the backrest. My chair doesn't have a full back rest so it sits JUST at the tippy top of it. I do lift the backrest every time I use it so it'll be at the right height for my back, but if I lift too much the straps will pop off. I wish the straps were a bit sturdier and placed a bit lower on the backrest so it would sit at the perfect height on its own.2. It's firm but also soft. This is great in terms of comfort but because it's so plush, it takes up quite a bit of space.. causing less seat space. I can't comfortably sit cross legged anymore because there's not enough seat room to support the legs. As comfortable as this is, I think it would do just as well with half the thickness.

I just got this, put it in my chair and felt immediate relief. I have purchased more back pillows than I can count and tried to bunch up my pillows from home and its been a constant struggle. But this pillow is the best I've had. And at $18 it was more reasonably price than most others. I would highly recommend

Excellent support, super soft & very affordable. 1st lumbar pillow support that actually works for me 100%.

This is a very comfortable seat pad. The strap in the back keeps it securely attached to the chair back. It is very short so it either only comes up or down to mid-back. I am using it tied to the top of the chair because that supports my back better. Others might want to let it sit on the chair seat but it may end at the shoulder blades. Best to measure before buying.

Fits chair back well, good support, and looks good

I like this back support pillow. I use it in my chair and behind my back on my couch. I’m in my seventies and it’s great back support for me. I recommend it to older people with back problems that need extra support. It works well for me and helps relieve unsupported back pain
