Moreish, moreish, moreish... The original Mikado milk chocolate biscuits - simply delicious..The only downfall.....it's extremely difficult not to go through the whole box! A really good price on pantry for a good size box. Good use by date. Well packaged with excellent Amazon pantry delivery. Yum...

It's good to have a few packs of these on standby not just because they are nice snacks but because... 2 thin biscuit sticks + 1 cloud of whipped cream = classic add-ons for ice cream sundaes. Can't find Pocky easily in the UK so these are the closest substitute.

Naughty, because they are really slim biscuits, you can easily convince yourself they can't sabotage your diet. But then you eat half the box, cos they're not very big, right? How bad can it be? Yum. Luckily for me I am quite good at sharing them out before I think of sitting down with the entire box. Too yummy to put down once you start. Overpriced for what they are unless on offer. But worth every penny.

This item was very cheap, and for good reason. Its weight is insubstantial, the plastic used in its construction is very light and brittle feeling and it kinda feels like it's about to break the whole time. That said it works great! The lightness makes it easy to position, it has good suction which clears the solder completely and its design is great for one-handed use. The spare tip is gonna come in handy I reckon! Good purchase, so far so good!

I bought these as a treat to keep us going while being indoors most of the time. I expected they would last at least a week but I hadn’t reckoned on our children being completely obsessed with them. Our 4 year old doesn’t like chocolate but somehow made an exception for these, she almost looked like pac man. They’re very thin with a nice mix of biscuit and chocolate. Had to buy another packet as between us they lasted less than a day.

I love mikado so so much! They are an amazing biscuit stick treats. I even just lightly dunk them in my tea.... yummy

Era da una vita che non assaggiavo i Mikado, me li ricordo fin da quando ero bambino, prendono il nome dal gioco cinese conosciuto in Italia anche con il nome di Shangai, nascono negli anni 60 in Giappone con il nome Pocky e vengono prodotti dalla Ezaki Glico, poi negli anni 80 sono sbarcati in Europa a cui viene concessa la licenza di produzione al colosso dolciario Mondelez produttore di marchi famosi come Cipster, Oreo, Toblerone ecc ecc. Arrivano in una scatolina di carta ed all'interno c'è un sacchetto sigillato che contiene i bastoncini che sono in tutto 33 pezzi, per un totale di 75 grammi, ogni bastoncino pesa all'incirca 2,2 grammi, è lungo 126 mm, di cui 96 mm ricoperti di cioccolato e 30 mm di impugnatura di solo biscotto. A livello nutrizionale mangiare 11 bastoncini corrisponde a circa 121 kcal. Gli ingredienti sono: Farina di frumento, zucchero, burro di cacao, pasta di cacao, latte scremato in polvere, grassi vegetali (palma, cocco), sciroppo di glucosio, grasso del latte, siero di latte in polvere, sale, emulsionante (lecitine di soia), agente lievitante (E503), lievito, aroma. Può contenere frutta a guscio. Il prezzo di circa 1 euro non è male se si considera i 75 grammi, qualsiasi altro snack ha lo stesso rapporto euro grammi. Acquistati nel mese di aprile 2021 riportano una data di scadenza di gennaio 2022. Mi auguro di esservi stato utile e buon appetito!
