Does anybody know how much fiber content per tablespoon?

The label says 4g dietary fiber per tablespoon.

does anyone know if the supplier ensures that the husk is not contaminated with wheat/other grains at the milling process?

There is no indication on the packaging that says care is taken to prevent contamination with wheat or other grain. No indications certifying gluten free.

How many times a day should I take this?

You can take Psyllium husk only at bed time

Box in add shows a box saying 75th year. The box I got directly from my doctor says 80th year. Are you selling old product?

The box that I received last time I ordered says Our's 80th Year so I am going to guess they are using an older picture in the add. I checked and my box has an expiration data of Aug 2023.

Take with warm water before bed

This product is awesome. I use this product when my stomach isn’t good enough. This product is used for constipation, so use it if you feel you have constipation.Take 2 spoons with warm water and go to sleep, you will see the magic next morning 🤗
