I installed it upside down so that my toddler couldn’t reach the latch. However, I don’t think he could easy open it even if he could reach it. Excellent product!

Works perfectly. I own an early education center and these light switch guards are wonderful! There are a lot of little hands everywhere and at least the lights are not flickering constantly :)

Super easy product to install. Child proof and adult proof as it is very difficult to open. Great for the value definitely recommend this item if you’re looking for this have a product for your toddler

I thought my ceiling fan was toast. A day later, I found I had accidentally turned off the switch.This works great. I guess I can only say is the material it is made of.It is a hard type of hard plastic & if you hit it or maybe for some other reason, it is the type that cracks & breaks off very easy.However, I live in an older home & although not the right color, it comes with 2 white longer screws.As they say, just install with gently tighten the screws.I first made it hand tight using a screwdriver & checked for wiggle then when turned the screw a little at a time for a nice fit.If you don't try this way, over tightening will cause the screw holes to crack which will decrease the durability.Not that it matters, delivered by Amazon & the wind blew it off the porch. Delivery no commonsense.

I like this because it will stop some people from accidentally turning of the outdoor security lights. I like the fact that it is clear and I can see the position of the switch. Very easy to install and operate.
