VERY excited to have this! I've been battling knee pain in the inside / left knee for years! Tired of getting cortisone shots every 3 months - they don't even seem to be working well. Started researching holistic ways to help with the knee pain - which by the way is ONLY at night! When I'm active - no pain! Just wakes me up at night. Soooo happened upon this little GEM and POOF! I can actually get some sleep at night! It's super light weight and small. You could tuck it under a coffee table, couch, bed, etc. without any issues. The suction cups keep it in place (IMPORTANT!) Not sure how it works on carpet because we don't have any here in the house. It has a remote and comes with some bands to do exercises such as squats, lunges, and leg lifts and when you stretch. I use it when I'm watching TV or working and the noise isn't really bothersome at all. I use this in conjunction with my red light therapy and it really has made a WORLD of difference! I can feel the difference where my muscles are engaged while using and I can feel how it will improve my muscle tone as well as balance and stability. Vibration boards also can promote blood flow, circulation, which will help in recovery after workouts or when my knee is just sore. SUPER convenient! Highly recommend!

I love this vibration plate. It is easy to use and the price was just right. I bought it used like new and couldn't be happier. I use it almost every day morning and night and feel a difference in my circulation I would highly recommend this for the price and quality. It is not too noisy and very easy to operate it does come with a remote control and two resistance bands.

For so long I have been overweight and trying different things to help me lose weight. I did my research and although the price was a little high, I decided to purchase the vibration plate. I started using it immediately, a few times a day for 10 minute sessions. I ate as normal. After 10 days, yes 10 days I didn't drop weight but what I did notice was my cottage cheese legs were gone and my skin was smooth. I noticed in the areas of my body where my fat was stored there were no longer lumpy fat deposits and I even began to develop tone I'm my legs. Even my husband commented on how smooth my legs looked and felt. After 14 days I did began to lose a couple pounds. I am 17 days in and I am overjoyed by the results I'm seeing. So for anyone who is struggling to buy this machine, I say do it. If you can not afford to do so wait for it to go one sale or save up for it. It is completely worth it. I have recommended this machine to all my family and friends. 3 of them have already purchased it. The way it works is as we gain weight the fat cells begin to get larger and larger. The vibration plate breaks down those fat cells so you body can more easily dispose of them. The machine is nice and sturdy and has various settings. The LED screen is easy to read. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it. I never write product reviews but this machine works so well everyone should own one. If I could afford it I would give all my family members one for Christmas, yes it is that good. Don't believe me then go do your own research. I am in love and grateful I got it. I don't know how it will hold up over time but I sure will let you know if I have any issues in the future.

I would recommend using this before bed. Don't use it in the morning or afternoon. Not sure what sort of crud this knocks loose, but after standing on this for a few minutes, I felt like absolute garbage. It wasn't because the machine wore me out or anything. It was because of the detoxing effect it has. That's what it felt like at least. I sleep very well when I use it right before going to bed though. Great workout too!

I've only used it twice so far. It is powerful and I can feel it throughout my body. It will get your blood circulating. So far happy with it.

Perfect size for taller people for a wider leg stance for squats and stretches. Vibration features are solid with three noticeably different vibration speeds, and more variation setting than you would ever need. It is very similar to many boards out there but has an excellent price. I use this once or twice every day (6' tall, 170lbs). One of the best devices for anyone to use for better health, pre and/or post workout, or just to get the blood flowing in the morning. If you're new to vibration boards, look no further than this model.

This was my first vibration plate purchase. We have had it for several months and I have nothing negative to say about it. I have osteoarthritis, degenerative conditions in my spine/hip, and muscle inflammation. It doesn’t completely relieve the pain, but it definitely assists in relaxing things. It’s quiet, and very easy to use. If you live in a house with pets, the nubbies do collect hair but it is easy to vacuum. It also assists with digestive challenges (relieving troublesome gas). Would definitely recommend.

It was good had a lot of settings . Too strong for me as I am older so I returned it for a less powerful one
