Great blade for the money. Cuts smooth as silk in an old craftsman miter saw. I was about to give up on finding this odd size blade, but glad I didn't. My saw has found new life because of this blade!!

Works well but NOT made in the USA
I bought this blade as a replacement for an old Sears 7 1/2" blade. It fit well and cuts well, though I have not given it a thorough workout yet. However the description is misleading. The blade is made in China, not in the USA as was advertised when I bought it. I will check to see if the description on Amazon has changed to be accurate. (I'm wondering why all the manufacturers changed the standard blade size from 7.5 to 7.25")

Put this on an older Craftsman saw. Right size and makes great cuts.

Unfortunately makita is the only brand that makes a 7 1/2" blade but it is a good product
Very good blade for their cordless miter saw.

Like a hot knife through butter.
This blade cost a little more than I wanted to spend but it was worth every penny. It's turned my old saw into a samurai. Very clean cuts and It's so efficient it will try to pull itself through the wood!

Just the blade I needed
I have had a Craftsman saw for many years that still works great. Unfortunately they no longer make the blade since it is a 7-1/2" and most blades are now 7-1/4". This blade was the perfect fit for this saw. Now I can continue to use my old good saw without having to buy a new saw. I do not understand this continued infatuation with "planned obsolescence" except for more money, but I am glad that Makita still make a comparable blade.
