Cavendish & Harvey | Sour Lemon Hard Candy Drops | 5.3 Ounce Tin

WONDERFUL - Strong lemon flavorThis isn't SUPER sweet. it takes a long time to dissolve. There is a bit of sourness but nothing like a SoUr CaNdY. The powder isn't a sour agent.These are my favorite lemon hard candies. I have been on a lemon kick lately and I've tried a bunch of different ones without artificial dyes, artificial flavorings, or unhealthy sweeteners.

These lemon drops are the best I have ever tasted !They have a sweetness that’s not too sweet and a little tartness that is perfection.Reminds me and my husband of a good lemon shakeup at the fair.Most definitely will buy these again.

My ENT recommended that I suck on lemon drops for dry mouth. Old fashioned lemon drops are hard to find so I checked out Amazon and found these. Glad I did. Definitely help dry mouth and taste better than most other lemon hard candy I’ve been able to find.

Great candy

The flavor is good, however, the candy is too sweet and not really sour.

I had a blocked saliva duct. I needed a lemon drop that had real lemon, suggested by my dentist. After eating several candies , the duct unblocked within 24 hours. Oh and they are really delicious. I also use them to stave hunger pangs during the day.

These are so addictive...I love them.

These drops have excellent lemon flavor from real lemon juice. The tin is bigger than you'd think, and the candies are packaged with confectioner's sugar to prevent their adsorbing water from the air. They're also made without artificial flavors or colors, which makes me really want to love them.However, they suffer from 2 problems, one minor and one major. First, they're not particularly sour. I'd say they're just regular lemon drops rather than sour lemon drops. It's a bit of a nitpick about the naming, but since lemon itself is already sour, I'd expect "sour lemon" to be extra sour. The major issue, though, is these candies are rather dangerous to eat. They have somewhat large air bubbles, and when sucking on the candies, the air bubbles form extremely sharp edges on the candies. I've cut my tongue a couple of times just by moving the candy around in my mouth, and the sharp pain and sudden taste of blood really detract from the experience. As it stands, the bubbles will cost 2 stars, but Cavendish and Harvey can get rid of the bubbles, I'd happily give a full 5 stars.

Yeah right, pack of 12. You only get pack of one! Total false advertising. O.K. went up to 3 stars. Company refunded my money immediately and posted apology. Thank you.
