This is a great study tool. It includes many quizzes, chapter tests and 4 practice exams. There are many online training videos to supplement the book. I like to write notes as I study and this book allowed me to highlight and write notes.

I used the Mometrix SHRM-CP Exam Prep Book as my primary study tool, along with a few YouTube videos and Google Searches. I am happy to say that I passed the exam feeling confident and well-prepared. The book offers clear, concise explanations of key SHRM concepts, along with high-quality practice questions and answer explanations. Great prep material! Provides tons of knowledge and the material is straightforward to understand. Love the tips that mometrix includes in the book and also the video resources that are also provided. I haven’t taken the test yet however I feel this book is a great test prep material so far during my preparation for the exam.

I passed my exam with flying colors! I mainly used this book and pocket prep. The entire book is very informative but I found the four practice absolutely invaluable. They also offer an online version of each test so you can simulate as if you’re taking the real exam. I highly recommend this and pocketprep! If you are using pocket prep, be sure to answer all 1,000 questions!

As an Office Supervisor, I'm not new in HR practices because it was part of my job but got laid off. Now hired as an HR Generalist. So, I decided, I wanted to get certified and purchased this book. The contents are extremely concise, useful tool to help me prepare for certification. It is set up nicely and it is easy to read and study with full length practice test! Though, I don't think this book alone will lead me to passing the SCRM CP, but it is really great place to start if you are new and just learning the material. I highly recommend this guide to anyone pursuing professional certification.
