Game changer! A MUST have.
In love! Incredible machine and (so far) no issues. I’ve been using it for a month and it is definitely a game changer. Amazing for clients but also amazing to be able to work on yourself. More instructions would probably be helpful but there’s enough out there + just using and learning is always super valuable to forge your own path. Instant pain relief (and relaxation actually) and has fixed some long standing problems relatively quickly. To me, it’s worth every penny and a great value. I’ve HEARD the customer service is great but haven’t had to deal with it yet. Keys that aren’t always listed is to clean the machine (every time? It’s actually easy so not that big of a deal). Let it rest between sets (you will hear it “cool down”) and to lube the bullet weekly. Yeah super pleased. Just wish it was smaller/lighter for travel but it’s do-able. Highly recommend.

Game changer for body workers! And great customer service.
I bought the PSP10 and it has been a complete game changer. My manual work is fantastic, but this is the difference between building a house by hand and using power tools. The machine gets into trigger points without the need for the painful pressure, but gives an even better source of relief and relaxation. My clients are of all ages and they call it miraculous and futuristic. I can identify this on 90 year olds without compromising their tissues. It promotes lymphatic drainage and easily releases psoas and diaphragm. People don’t need the same recovery time as they usually do with a rehabilitative massage because there’s no damage to the tissue, so they want to be seen a few times a week rather than just once or twice. I like to use it in combination with the Rapid Release to further promote good blood flow and muscle hydration. I also will use it with PEMF. It’s a great tool to have on hand. I usually use levels 1-3 on backs, legs, stomachs, and shoulders and 3-6 on glutes depending how much tissue they have. The customer service is incredible. The team responds within hours of submitting requests and then overnighted me a new unit when I had an issue. I’m really happy to see this product on the market as an alternative to the overpriced Wasabi. It works just as well as the $60k machines I’ve used in plastic surgeons offices. The results speak for themselves. You can use this product on yourself pretty easily, as well as on clients. You do need to communicate with them if you aren’t great at knowing trigger points, but they will tell you when you get a good spot. I have two friends with MS and this is their favorite of all my machines. It eliminates the need for most of the deep work I would normally have to do and my results are better than my manual work. My most common settings are 2 intensity and 8 frequency. 3000 bps and then wait 3 minutes for the machine to cool. You have to wait even for the $60k units, so this is not really a problem. It IS noisy, but not overstimulating because the noise is consistent. I bought a bunch of disposable earplugs for my sound sensitive clients. You can get like 500 on amazon for $10. You can also cover their ears with a towel and it will help. I 100% recommend this product for anyone who does deeper or rehabilitation work- massage therapists, RMT, PT, even doctor’s offices should have these. Your Swedish people will not appreciate it unless they’re in pain and would let you go deeper.

Cost effective and works!
I bought this for my son who plays baseball. He has lots of practices and gym workouts. Sometime he feels muscle sore. We apply this shockwave to his muscle and get quick relief next day. We bring it with us on our trip when we play tournaments elsewhere. Its light weight and very portable. I use it on myself too. I some time get tight calf and I apply the shockwave and get much relief after just couple sessions. Its very cost effective & highly recommend.

A superior quality machine and amazing customer support
There's a plethora of devices, thumpers, massagers, guns, rollers, etc., that address muscle pain. The PerVita Shockwave therapy machine is not another gadget, but a serious medical device. Note all the positives reviews from professional physical therapists who use it in their practice. And then there's Jeff, after sales customer support. He is constantly lauded throughout reviews, and for good reason. He literally "comes with the machine." No exaggeration to say the finest customer service you will ever experience, if even needed. He is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He not only knows all aspects of the machine's workings, but it's obvious he wants you to have pain relief. My experience with the device, the pain relief, and customer support is of the highest quality.

Great for massage treatment addition
The machine works very well for treatment, faster than manual massage by itself. Customer service was great when my machine malfunctioned a few months ago. They were able to fix it quickly and get it sent back.

Quality construction and excellent customer service!
This device was exactly what I was looking for -- a smaller unit for extracorporeal shock wave treatment that is able to be moved from room to room, depending upon the type of treatment. It has a nice design and has a high-quality construction. I've used it only a few times so far, so I can't comment on how effective it is for the tennis elbow that I am looking to cure...but I can certainly feel the energy being delivered to the area! I did have an issue after about 2 weeks of use where it stopped working. The customer service was incredibly responsive...they had me send the unit back, they diagnosed and fixed the problem, and sent it back ASAP. It has a one year warranty which makes me feel better about a device with lots of moving parts and electronics.

It works!
Have scar tissue on both palms and especially around the thumbs. It's debilitating and especially painful. Baseline is 5 out of 10 pain on a good day. Bought this last week. Used it twice on the lowest settings with a few days in between use at Level 1 energy, 5hz (5 strikes per second), and only 1500 total strikes. By the time I was done, the pain was at a 1 out of 10 and has stayed that way. I can hardly believe it. This has been dogging me for almost 3 years now and could find no relief anywhere, and I'm not close to the optimal settings, yet. You have to work up to it because it does sting a little on the pain points, but I can tell you the 2nd time was easier than the first. Take your time. The famous Jeff is very responsive each evening with detailed instructions and answers to questions. Get the address off of their corporate website and email him. You will not be left on your own to figure out how exactly to set it up and use it for whatever ails you. They provide instruction videos and detailed settings for whatever you need it to help with via a Google drive folder you can access at any time. There's a tiny bit of maintenance you need to do. Setup was pretty easy and use is easy. No lie, I sat there for like 5 minutes before the first use, wondering if I was about to do something stupid, but it was unfounded fear. I was hopeful this would help, and it's already exceeded my expectations, just for the pain reduction alone. Started telling friends and family about it. For me, it would be worth the purchase at $12k, let alone $1200.

There’s no way you’ll regret it
I am a physical therapist who has been using ESWT for the past 6 years. In a nutshell, this product offers incredible performance for its price. It is mainly used as an adjunct treatment device for musculoskeletal disorders, and I have been using Focused ESWT as the primary treatment device, but now I am using PSP10 much more often. Since the purchase, I have been able to resolve many issues with the guidance of Jeff from the Sales department, and I am still receiving valuable information from him. Of course, it would be better if the intensity could be increased a bit more, but generally, it works very well for the upper trap, knee, thigh, and other thin layers. For greater depths, focused ESWT should naturally be used. In conclusion, if you're looking for radial ESWT, Pervita is probably the best choice. This is a review of the two types of Pervita products I have used so far.
