I have been using these omega supplements for about 60 days to lower my cholesterol. I’ve haven’t had my cholesterol below 220 for the past 10 yrs and I’m 42. Genetics can be a pain, but I just had my cholesterol checked today for a 2 month check and I went from a total of 240 down to 207! I was pleasantly surprised to see this and I’m hoping it will go lower as I continue to take this. I highly recommend giving these a try if you need to lower your cholesterol and don’t want to take statins.

I’m a skeptic when it comes to supplements, but I was recommended an Omega 3 supplement after being diagnosed with Meibomian gland dysfunction. I went with this brand specifically because I am trying to limit animal-based products and because I have an issue swallowing larger capsules. There are easy to swallow for me and don’t have a strong odor to my nose. Within a few days of starting this supplement, I noticed improvements in how my eyes felt. When I forgot to add them into my weekly pill case for a week (thanks, ADHD), I started noticing my eyes feeling more dry again — and there was nothing different about my home nor the outdoor weather. I wish it were a little cheaper, but I feel that about most things these days. Nonetheless, it seems worth it to me.

I've been using this for over 2 years. I first found it at Sam's club and switched from the krill oil and fish oil type of supplement. Sam's quit carrying the line and I just couldn't go back to the fish based product after I had switched. I think this product is so much easier on my system. No after taste, no upset stomach from taking on an empty tummy. The size of it is big; it's one of my biggest pills, but it is very slick so it goes down easy. I gave it 3 stars for cost because it was more reasonably priced at Sam's club and this is a bigger market so I feel it should be a better price here.

Go down easily. I buy these because I am allergic to all fish: fin, shell, crustaceans, fresh water, seawater. But the high dose is giving me the runs, I will switch to the minis for my next purchase.

I LOVED these as a more sustainable and vegan option to fish oil supplements and purchased via a monthly subscription for the past few years. However, the past two shipments have arrived smelling like poop (definitely not the same as an algae or fish odor that I wouldn't love, but could tolerate). Amazon doesn't allow returns, so I reached out to the company which sent me a new batch. But given this is the 2nd time this has happened in 2 months it seems like the quality has diminished significantly. I don't feel safe taking these and sadly have thrown them out.
