Q: Says paddle floats but reviews are saying it doesn’t. Can someone tell me which one it is?

It floats for a little bit but water does get into the tube so u can’t let it loose for too long. If you fall in, there’s plenty of time to grab it before it will start to sink. A friend cut a pool noodle and slipped it over the top portion of her paddle so hers never sinks and it’s easy to spot in darker water.

Q: Pump gauge is not working. Does anyone have contact information for this seller?

For me and what I’ve read in a few other reviews the gauge didn’t start to move until it was pumped passed 8-10 psi. It gets harder to pump the higher the psi and even though the board feels firm you need to pump it to the recommended 15 psi otherwise you won’t be as stable. And the pump was accurate, I know this because I have an electric pump also and I checked the pressure. But there always a chance you got a defective one. Q: Can this be stored in the garage (heat)?

I plan on storing mine indoors inflated.
