I purchased this as part of a grad gift for a friend and they were absolutely ecstatic upon opening it. Their relatives had no clue what it was at first, but after my friend put their mouth on the tip, they realized what it was. I find it amusing though that it wasn't the ocarina itself, but the red an black color pallette that gave them the most joy; it's the same as Shadow the hedgehog. The sound is just as melodic and elegant as Shadow the Hedgehog's gun too! 11 out of 10, highly recommend.

It's a tiny bit fatter than other ocarinas I've tried. I have long fingers, so this makes it easier to hold in my hand. However, the ceramic is especially slippery. If you're prone to getting sweaty hands, you'll have a hard time holding on to it while playing. The highest notes aren't quite as crisp as they should be, but overall it does sound good.

Was great bug for price. Tone is right and even given nostalgic playlist from childhood. Super fun to play!!!

It's pretty and a good solid design, I appreciate that it comes with a lanyard to prevent dropping. The little booklet of songs got my daughter off to a good start and she's been downloading other songs online. It sounds good and she enjoys it, happy with the purchase!

I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this ocarina. The sound is clean and solid. I am really pleased with this ocarina. I think you will be too!

The tuning is okay, it’s not perfect but it works. My problem with it is it smelt rancid when I opened it. The smell resembled marijuana resin. Other than that it’s an okay product.
