Expensive but truly excellent for intended use. Non of the others (and I’ve tried most of the popular one out there through my 6 surgeries) even approached functionality. Truly grasping and HOLDING tissue or wipes for cleaning and easy release. I’m purchasing a second for my upstairs bath in spite of the ridiculous price.

This is a SHAMELESS price point, not only 1) as robbery for something that doesn't work as advertised, but also 2) because it takes advantage of people when they are at their most vulnerable and have enough in their life and health to contend with. The claw mechanism is weak to the point of ineffectiveness. This "tool" of complete charlaintry has gone from something I thought I needed health-wise (and sacrificed a healthy chunk of my retired public school teacher money on) to a glorified cat-scratching tool. I have missed the return window because recovery from major surgery tends to involve all of one's mental energy. But I will not miss the opportunity to say Shame On You to this company.BUYER: Please learn from my regrettable mistake, and do not throw away your money on this ineffective junk.

I bought this to help me out since I hurt my shoulder at work to take care of business, it worked and I have nothing negative to say about this. It easy to install and dismantle. It compact and comes with a discreet bag to put it in. its hard plastic so easy to clean and sanitise. It travels well used it as I traveled overseas. Id recommend this to someone who can't reach due to overweight, hurt, injured, elderly.

I purchased this because of back surgery and struggling to manage my personal hygiene due to mobility limitations. I read a lot of reviews this seemed to be the best option.Pros:multiple pieces to adjust lengthstores away discreetlyIncluded bagEasy to travelAdjustable grip for different hygiene items - loofah, toilet tissue, wash ragCons:All plasticFlimsyWeak little tabs at connectionsStruggles to hold toilet paperSlider doesn't lock so loses gripThe challenge I faced was having to essentially wad up a large amount of toilet to get it to hold and not lose the paper during wiping leaving it "stuck". And the slider that is used to secure the rubberized fingers in the closed position doesn't lock so it will also lose the toilet in inappropriate places. I found I had to keep my thumb on the slider so it didn't move. Wet wipes work better but you still have to fold them in a certain way to get it to hold.The other big issue was the weak connectors. The one that held the head section to the next section broke after 3 months. So I ended up having to buy a new head section.Unfortunately I couldn't find anything better so I will continue to use this and just reinforce the joints.

My husband hurt his back and rotation is difficult for him. I've shopped around and compared all the ones on the market and this one just looked easier to use. The way it's made makes disposal of tissue paper a cleaner process. He still leaves him with his independence. I bought the ultimate package and was worth every penny.

yes, has travel pouch, yes extends to amazing length, but doesnt hold anything but s scrap of toilet paper! so when i put in the 4 squares as shown, its too hard on skin. if you use more paper, it doesnt hold it. tried a small scrubbie in the shower. that was also a complete fail.
