Hardware Quality 5/5: I have been using the head phones for just under a week and the quality of the head phones is well above those made by other companies. They have nice almost seamless body that has the ability to bend and flex around my neck while completing my daily activities. The retractable ear pieces have been holding up to my kids playing with them so far and they are under the age of six, so knowing the stress limits of a product is not on their mind.Technology Quality 4/5: I would have given this a 5 out of 5 but the head phones lack a volume control. Other than that they work as indicated and seem to interface with my phone very well when answering and hanging up on phone calls. The volume control is not a huge deal since it literally takes me a half a second longer to fiddle with my phone than it would to fiddle around trying to feel around for the volume control on the head phones.Sound Quality 5/5: I was pleasantly surprised about the sound quality of the headphones. The treble is crisp and the bass is present. None of the music I have been listening to has been muffled nor do the speakers crackle when hitting the highs and lows of a song. Music genres listened to: Rap, Country, Heavy Metal, Grunge Metal, Classical, Electronica.Overall 5/5: Even though I gave the head phones a 4/5 on the technology, I still think these are 5 star headphones. I am just picky when it comes to how much technology should be crammed into a device.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much from a $30 blue tooth headphone but I was pleasantly surprised. The sound quality was really great!!! I've been listening to my favorite music,watching movies, talking to my friends and families for a whole week of testing this product and it gave me a comfortable life. I don't think I ever gonna buy expensive ones when I have similar quality of the product which I gonna buy more for my kids cus they took it from me and they don't want to give it back to me....cus they just loves it when they were using it for listening to youtube channels and fell a sleep with it ...and now they're using it for talking on the phone with me....I luv it!!! I don't think I ever gonna lose it cus it's on my neck all the time...lolso I highly recommend this product!!!!!Thank Q!!!

I have had my headphones for a week now. It pairs very easily to all my bluetooth devices. It is has a simple design with only an on/off button, play/answer call button and a charging port. I love the clarity when listening to music or watching a movie. I did not give 5 stars because calls are not very clear for the listener. It seems as though the mouth piece volume is pretty low. I adjusted the settings on my phone ( no volume button on thethe headphones)and maxed the volume but that did not help. I use them mostly for music while at work.

Very dissatisfied with product. Just over a month and the sound is horrible. Can hardly hear a thing with these not what I bought them for. Very disappointed with no contact from the seller even.

Only lasted 2 months before it stopped charging. What a total waste of money

I did not realize that you could not make calls out. For someone looking for a great bluetooth for listening to music and to answer calls I highly recommend this item.

These earbuds work really well, I like how sleek they are. The only issue I have is the connection range, however it’s not as bad as some wireless earbuds I’ve owned.

Like neck band grip. No worries of falling off when working out
