My mouse while in use just stopped functioning once or twice a day, I have to switch it off & back on to make it work. Can't be a range issue as I use the mouse right next to the PC, I even tried using the extension dongle but faced the same problem. It might not be huge deal for non gamers, but for gamers its a critical issue as you can't have your mouse die on you in the middle of an important situation. Also the mouse feels completely off on the stock settings, you have to go into advance debounce settings & change everything to 0 ms except after press time to 2ms to make it feel normal(found this solution on reddit). Lastly, besides these issues the mouse is amazing when in use, hence I have requested for a refund of this piece & will replace it with another copy of the same or this time go for the 4K/8K version. EC1-A users will love the shape as it's quite close to being the exact replica.
