Digital Meat Thermometer, Waterproof Instant Read Thermometer with Foldable Magnetic Probe Cooking Thermometer and Backlight Functions for Food, Candy, Kitchen, Tea, Milk, BBQ Grill Smokers

Much nicer to use than the thermometer I had before, very quick readings. Has a concealed magnet, not mentioned in product description, so can be stuck to fridge or other steel surface. The backlight can be handy, but you may not need it. Would prefer it to be smaller, but that’s very minor. Would personally want Centigrade to be the default, or to have an option to change the default. There’s a similar product on Amazon which does have a switch inside the battery cover to change the default between F and C, but there’s no such switch on this. Otherwise, I’m very happy with this item.

My last thermometer died because it is not water proof. I bought this because I see the photo that this meat thermometer was based on IP67 waterproof standard. After I tested, this is really true, so I don't have to worry about what I'm going to do if this thermometer accidently falling into the water. Of course, I don’t immerse this into the water for a minutes. After all, this behavior is too foolish. Also, the backlit is useful, even thought in the night, I can read the readout clearly. I love this product.

This is a great meat thermometer at a great price. And this is my second one ,I have a original one, but it was broke. I want this thermometer because I like cooking. This item was exceeded my expectations, to my surprise, the respond time is terribly fast and the error range is small. When I was trying a new dishes, the function of MAX/MIN helps me a lot, which I can know what the best time of the food. I’ve used this to check the doneness of food I have been cooking, as described, the food thermometer can be used for many food, such as meat, candy, steak, grilling etc. And my favorite point is that I can magnet this meat thermometer in the refrigerator or hanging in the kitchen. All in all, I really like this thermometer, very useful for cooking. Great digital meat thermometer and give me healthier life.
