I love this roller ball. I have injured nerves in my legs from an old fall and this little ball targets the painful areas exactly, bringing circulation and oxygen to the area and helping to break up scar tissue. It's better than a hand held foam roller. It glides effortlessly. And is pretty! It's enjoyable to use.

While, it is all manual, it does the job. I have a massager that vibrates and this one. I had a stroke and I have a lot of spasticity in my left arm. Using both of them helps me get rid of some of that tone. This particular item allows me to apply pressure that I cannot apply with the vibrating one. As a result, I get more of a deep tissue massage with this massage Bal. Great value for the money.

A lot lighter than I thought it would be, but it still works. My fiancé likes me to use it on his back after a long day.

Easy to use. Relieved some back and neck pain. It was cheaper than others but functions the same. The quality is good.
