Saves us so much money

The only tree up front yard is a river birch which seeks water constantly. Our builder put in clay drain pipes, and the roots grew into it. It cost us thousands to repair the plumber, suggested that we put this into the system once a year and it would prevent future problems. We have followed his instructions diligently and no longer have encountered any route issues.
