I like the machine but I only have two small issues with it. First issue: the lock for the hot water needs to be pushed backwards while you are pushing the button down, that part is not convenient. the second issue: after you let go of the button the tab drips. also I am adding this for everyone who wants to buy this machine and not wanting to read the book, after you set it up you need to leave it alone for 24 hours before starting to use it, that is part of the instructions so that the oils and the gas inside it settle.

I had high expectations from a Japanese brand like HITACHI, but I am extremely disappointed with this water dispenser. After just two months of use, it stopped cooling water entirely! I expected much better quality from a brand with such a reputation. Unfortunately, this product has been a major letdown, and I would not recommend it to others. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.

Top as usual hitachi hard worker in anything , colling & heating works like charm, loved it

Used it to replace my top loading dispenser. Best thing is now the room temperature water is actually room temp(last one was cool)

Great device, I’ve had an Hitachi bottom loading water cooler before and it lasted many years, recently I bought another main brand and it only lasted for 5 months so I have gone back to my tried and tested brand. I don’t know for sure if the UV bit is worth it but I got it for the same price as a non UV so I’m not too bothered.

Broke in less than a month

I have been using this item since July 2024, and I have used it sparingly as it has been kept in the study room. It has functioned well, but unfortunately, the pump has recently stopped working. I have already ordered a replacement pump, which should arrive in a few days. Overall, in comparison to the other dispenser I owned for nearly a decade, this one appears to be of a lower quality.
