We used this in our basement. It did eliminate the musty mold smell. Would buy it again.

Not sure if this works or not but was surprised at how small of a can this was for the price. I bought it because I could not find any other disinfecting foggers available and I want to disinfect my shed before cleaning it out in case of mice activity.

Deceptive product marketing. When I received the product I started reading the directions and it said it works "to kill odor causing bacteria on hard, nonporous inanimate surfaces..."a and continues to list everything that is NOT listed on the item description on Amazon. I attempted to return the item and am told this is NOT eligible for return. Waste of $60!

This is amazing. Did a great job removing odor and mold in my garage apartment that hasn't been used or had air conditioning running for years.

This stuff is not cheap for one bottle so I was hesitant. I had a bedroom flood (under the floor) due to a broken pipe(trickle) while on vacation. After removing the floor and bottom of the walls, we found mold and mildew. Everything was treated but the stale flood smell remained. I was having flashbacks of friend's and family's houses that flooded during Hurricane Harvey. If you have ever smelled flood smell, you don't soon forget. I was afraid the smell would never leave. Before I installed the new floor, I purchased a can of this. I followed the directions listed. I entered the rooms 6 hours or so later and no flood smell! I was worried that the chemical smell and fragance would be overwhelming. It was not! Very light fragance and no strong chemical smell to speak of. I was shocked. I wish I had found this years ago.
