Repaired my wife's Timex WR30M which is a $50 plus watch with about a two-year battery life. I tried with a previous watch and broke the crystal. With this tool it was simple to reattach the back to the watch. The kit has all the tools, a pry tool to remove the back that worked first try. A fork to remove the band on one side so the watch fits in the press and the correct sized holders for both top and bottom. I believe it was the 31mm for the watch face and a 23 for the back. Slowly screw down until it snaps audibly in place. Done. Press build quality was fine - seems plenty strong and was well aligned - no assembly required

The J6&H6 watch press is a very solid piece of equipment and it works well. It’s very easy to use once you’ve followed all the instructions provided, including watching the video on the product page. The video shows wrapping the watch with a plastic film. I recommend that to hold the back in the proper position as you position the watch with the two molds. Also be sure to follow the instructions for choosing the correct size molds.

Worked when nothing else would. Very easy to use. Don’t even consider getting on a pry tool watch back without this tool. Literally nothing will work.

I bought this press to reinstall the snap-back case back on an Original Swiss Army Officer's watch after a battery change. It's nothing fancy, but it worked well and only needed a partial turn of the handle until the watch back snapped into place. On the bottom crystal side, you pick a cup large enough to surround - but not contact - the crystal. I placed the included microfiber cloth between the crystal and lower cup. On the watch back side, choose a cup large enough to contact the perimeter of the case back (you want to apply pressure to the perimeter, not center.) Hold everything in position and carefully turn the handle clockwise. I didn't try the included case back opening tool (already had one) or band pin tool, but they appear to be good quality for the price and should be serviceable.
