The moment I opened the case for these headphones I knew they were pure quality, the burgundy and gold colour is amazing, the design and build quality is second to none, I put them on and found them extremely comfortable and light, but not too light, you know that you have something special on your head.I like rock music but I have been listening to a range of different types, after I set the app up, set the headphones to how I like them I put guns n roses on and I have to say I actually felt my jaw drop and the hairs go up on the back of my neck, the anc is good (not perfect), but the sound is incredible, the bass is deep but well controlled, the mids are sublime and the highs are tingling without sounding harsh, I have tried a lot of headphones and the px8's performance is levels above anything I have tried previously ( and I've tried budget to high performance).Even though they're expensive, though I got them at a good price thanks to amazon, even at their original price are worth every penny, in my humble opinion there is not anything up to £1000 (or probably beyond) that can touch the looks, build, comfort or performance of these most amazing headphones. Thank you bowers and wilkins, I finally have found my perfect headphones.

Got these at a discount. I feel they show up poor audio sources so now, *sigh*, I'm going to have to upgrade those.Incredibly comfortable to wear, great case and the phones just slot right back in.I have used them for a while after a full charge. The noise isolation is very good. And the battery hasn't run down yet.Had to work out how to pair with my phone and laptop but got there eventually.Light, high performance, easy to use and foldable into their snug colour matched case.Just be prepared to realise you may need new audio sources!One concern is the warranty is only valid if Amazon is recognised as an authorised dealer by B&W.

This headphone sound crisp and clean with heavy bass, the mid and vocal blends well together. They also look and feels great. The built quality is premium with soft leather. The app is simple to use with easy adjustment of the bass and treble. Noise cancellation works well, the headphones pause when removed and continue as soon as you put them back on. They are quite expensive but worth it if you can afford them. Simply one of the best pair of headphones as they are well made with premium materials.

Excellent. Simply excellent. What else is there to say?! About 12 years ago I bought a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort headphones for long distance flights. They performed admirably for many tens of thousands of air miles, and were good in the house for listening to stuff. But over time they became worn, weren't wire-less, and the batteries didn't keep their charge for long. I decided to upgrade, did the usual looking and researching, and found these - and in a sale on Amazon. They took about 2 days on medium volume to run-in, but after that these provide an exquisite sound - plenty of bass and some very fine high frequency highlights. But for the price, you would expect that. The app that you really need to use is easy to get around, and the battery lasts for hours. No problems so far. And they look good. Not very heavy, and very comfortable.

Don't buy these if you like strong deep Bass, even though they have fantastic clarity and separation and are plenty Loud enough. These earphones are crying out for a software update with graphic equaliser. JBL far better for punchy Bass. Contrary to some reviews I find the build quality really good and comfortable, I'd just like a bit more punchy Bass.

For a noise canceling headphone they sound really good.They have a premium feel, and a good weight to them, which helps block out ambient noise.The headphones are expensive, but justify the price.

When the PX8 arrived it sounded so bad I almost sent it back. It was woolly and booming. I decided to let them play on the desk for a few hours to see if it got any better. After 4 hrs or so it was sounding much better. I decided to charge them up fully and leave playing overnight. Next day it was sounding pretty wonderful as it should at this price point. Its very musical and the imaging is to die for. No sign of booming but tight bass with a good extension. I own an LCD X and a clear MG so I know what good HPS should sound like and I find that I'm choosing to listen on the PX8 as often as not because of the comfort and freedom they offer. Although I am not trying to suggest the PX8 could replace them it is offering a very satisfying sound. It feels, looks and sounds premium quality.

the sound & build quility is out of this world, bass is solid, but not over powering.......love emwould highly recommend
