Value for money great connectivity so easy to hook up on Bluetooth

Bought these for a long flight. Worked well for noise cancelling and the sound quality is good however I had to take them off to hear anyone talk. Maybe I’ve not found the setting yet.

Some months ago that is about the month of June, I bought two PowerLocus headphones, a navy blue for myself and a rose gold for my daughter because a previous headphone I bought for my daughter was hurting her hears hence I had to search for something else, and then I found this PowerLocus brand and all clicked well. I must confess they are quite positively expressive, good sound, after charging I could use it for several days without the need to be recharged, fast Bluetooth connection, comfortable in my hears and my daughter's ears as well.However, after about four months later the one I bought for myself [navy blue] stopped playing on one ear of which I contacted the PowerLocus team if they could help; they advised me on different things to try to do on my phone and as well as try using other device to see if it would work, unfortunately without any expected break through. At last they decided they were willing to replace it for me which I really do appreciate with no extra cost.I must confess, the PowerLocus team have a really good customer service, very supportive, and character wise - no fault at all with a 5star. I have been using my replacement for the past two months with no issues at all. Good Quality and comfort wise it is a 5star.And my daughter has had no issues with the rose gold colour PowerLocus I bought for her 6months ago.PowerLocus, keep up the good work and your labour is being rewarded I believe. And thank you for your positive attitude in carrying out your duties and communicating with customers.

I purchased this model of headphones after previously trying out the PowerLocus "Wireless Bluetooth Over-Ear Stereo Foldable Headphones, Wired Headsets Noise Cancelling with Built-in Microphone". My mom needed a new pair of headphones so I gave her that old pair and looked for something a bit more powerful for myself.My main interest in buying these headphones was that I needed them to cancel out the noise around me. I live in a loud neighborhood with a very noisy flatmate, so I really needed something to give me a bit of peace again, especially while working from home. These MoonFly headphones took care of that problem perfectly. As soon as I put them on, everything becomes quiet and all I can hear is the music I'm listening to.There's a noticeable difference in audio quality compared to the previous model I bought. I was really surprised by how much cleaner and crisper the audio is. Even though they're over twice the price compared to my previous ones, I really feel like they're much, much better and still suitable for someone who's shopping on a budget.The design of the headphones is very sleek, and the quality of the materials is also much better. There's a weight to them that really makes them feel like they're sitting securely, and when you unfold them you don't have any fear that you'll snap them or damage them because the design elements are thick and sturdy. With the last ones I felt a bit scared sometimes to snap open them open into position but these are much stronger. The material is very soft on my ears.Regarding the Bluetooth connection, the headphones connect very quickly to the devices I use with very little delay. However, if you prefer not to use Bluetooth or are running low on battery, the headphones come with an audio cable that you can plug directly into your device so you can continue listening.Now onto the downsides. These headphones feel a bit tight on my ears, which is saying something because I have quite a small head. After wearing them for some time I feel the need to take them off and let my ears rest a bit.Additionally, the headphones offer an Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) switch to add additional sound-proofing to the audio, but in my personal experience this feature was a bit shaky. I didn't feel it added any particular benefit, and whenever I lay down in bed with that option activated I would get a lot of feedback in my ear. However, even with ANC turned off I found the noise canceling aspect to be exceptionally efficient and enough to block out the surrounding noise.Another aspect I struggled with in both this model and the prior one is that the Bluetooth connection is becomes very shaky as soon as I step away from my computer. I don't know if this has something to do with the layout of my house as I noticed this result with both models of headphones, but the audio would cut out and jitter as I walked around the house. I didn't have this problem at all while the headphones were connected to my mobile phone, even as I moved around with it.One thing I haven't managed to test properly is battery life, simply because I work full time and haven't been able to wear them enough to see how long it lasts, but they did charge very quickly (just over an hour) and I haven't had any problems even after a week of use. The headphones come with a product warranty anyway, and the customer service team has been incredibly friendly in all my interactions with them, so if you find yourself having any problems, be assured that you can reach out to them and they'll solve whatever issue you may have.I really can't recommend this product enough, and after two positive experiences with their products, I know I'll definitely continue to buy PowerLocus headphones, not only for myself but also as gifts for my friends.
