I have severe arthritis in my entire back, from neck to lower lumbar and have purchased many heating pads over the years and everyone one I have purchased have been disappointing until this one. I can't say enough about this pad. The number 1 complaint most buyers have when the buy heating pads is lack of heat or control of heat and this pad solves both. It has 5 heat settings and I put it on 3 and it's hot enough, that was never the case with all my previous purchases. It has several timer settings and best of all is the size. I can heat both my lower back and buttocks at the same time, or my entire upper back. This is without a doubt the best heating pad you can buy. Would buy another one in a NY minute if this one breaks. Hope this helps .

This is a quality heating pad. It's soft. It heats up quickly. It's got a timer, which is awesome. I got the green one and it's spiffy! I got the smallest one which is enough for me. If I lived in a cold wx climate then I might get a bigger one. My MIL has the medium size and loves it on her recliner....she's 88 yrs old - her bones love this pad !!!! Buy it, you won't be disappointed. Also, it's cute so you can leave it out and it's not ugly to look at like your grandmas old plastic gross looking one!

Really like the temperature adjustment on this pad. Also like the different timer settings. I use it to warm the foot of my bed before going to sleep. Since it turns off by itself I don’t have to wake up and manually turn it off. The material is comfortable but that’s also one disadvantage. It can be slick so it moves easily and doesn’t stay in one place if you use it like I do. But that’s my only complaint. I would purchase again.

I love the color, I love the size, and I love the various heat settings. I’m very happy I stumbled upon this and purchased it. There’s not much more to say except that you can believe every word that describes it; it has numerous heat settings and timers, so it’s very versatile as well as soft and attractive. I love the green color. I recommend enthusiastically.

This is a nice heating pad perfect size cover is very soft and like the different times and temperatures you can set. I have used it for over a week and very happy with the pad. It came in the mail as promised. I would buy it again if I need one

After about 3 weeks of use, it stopped working. Control box would display the letter F. Unplugging and plugging back into wall outlet would usually reset the alarm. After doing this a week or so, it has completely stopped working. Tried to get a refund thru Amazon and because it was past the original 30 days the manufacturer has to approve the refund. Apparently they said no. So do not buy their badly made heating pads unless you just enjoy taking a chance with your money. I will NEVER buy this brand again.

I ordered a large and I got a super small pad that only fits the back of a chair. A little disappointing but the color is pretty and the heat works really good. I just wish it was bigger.

My only issue is it does not get hot enough. Other than that it's pretty good. It's great for the price.
