I’m not diabetic but I prefer to keep an eye on sugar intake in processed foods. Jam is notoriously high in sugar but this Stute range uses sorbitol as a sweetener so it’s far less damaging.I like the consistency of this jam. It’s thick and packed with fruit. My only slight criticism is that the cherry taste isn’t particularly strong. It’s obviously a red fruit jam, but the flavour is indistinct. For reasons I don’t understand, this is true of other brands; jam used to be very different. Now it’s more like a fruity coloured goo. That said, this is tasty, not over sweet and it’s unlikely to cause any gastric issue ( a side effect of excess sorbitol) as I only have a teaspoon or so at a time.

Packed with cherries very nice

The taste and consistency are good, and it doesn't spike my blood sugars like a regular jam would.I like that addition of the pieces of the cherry into the jam, which add to the texture and flavour.Only downside for myself, is it lacks the punch of a morello cherry flavour, which is usually strong. In this jam it was more subtle and probably more natural.The blackcurrant jam is my favourite so far

I can't stop buying this. I love this jam so much. It's great on toast, pancakes and also great for recipes.Highly recommended
