I'm on my 3rd bottle and it seems to be very effective. Like most natural alternatives it did take a couple weeks to get full potential. Will continue to purchase this product as long as the price is reasonable and it continues to keep up the quality.

I haven't really noticed any real difference or improvement with urinating so frequently. I have been taking it consistently for 3+ weeks. So, the jury is still out. Once I have finished the P-Keeper, I'll be able to assess better.

I'm 57 years old. I used to get up at least 3-4 times a night to take a leak, and even then, it was like a dripping faucet. I'm happy to report that's not the case with these. Within the first few days of taking them, my night time trips to the bathroom have all but disappeared.
