JumJoe Kids Trampoline - 36 inch, with Handle Bar, Safety, Portable - 1 Year Warranty (Red) with Safety Pad

First words from my disappointment 3 year old were "it's not very bouncy..." True - it's very stiff. The back legs come off the ground a bit as he jumps, making me nervous he could tip it. Directions aren't great and the blue "safty" ring around the edge fits nothing like the photo. Very loose. Poses a tripping hazard. My son lost interest after 15 min (maybe less). Will be returning this.Update:Within about 24-48 hours of leaving my negative review, I received an email from the seller apologizing for my disappointment in the product. The seller offered to refund me the price of the trampoline, which I ultimately accepted. They were VERY prompt, professional, and were more than willing to make it right. I am very impressed with the customer service provided. They were great, and even though I was not happy with the product, I am very happy with their willingness to work with me. I may not recommend this particular product, but I would recommend this seller, perhaps for other products. Thanks, Joe, for being awesome! Product may get one star, but Joe and his customer service gets 5+.

Fixing the defect was no big deal but this trampoline kind of sucks because its back legs jump off the ground by about an inch with every jump. Imagine the slam slam slam sound all the time. And it scares my daughter so she only jumps a few times before stopping. She has used this kind of tramp at her cousins house a million times and it doesn’t rock like that so this model must just be poorly engineered. I attached a 5 lb weight at the back to hold it down but it doesn’t work. 10lbs would probably work but then it’s no longer portable.

After comparing the many 36" trampolines that fold, and show a few pictures of the folded trampoline in their ad on amazon, I realized they were all pretty much the same. This one was as much as half the price of some others that show the same picture of the folded tramp with the straps. Tubular steel is tubular steel, and screws are screws, goes together easy and works great for our 3 yr old granddaughter. Don't pay double for tubular steel and 4 screws and the identical foldable base.

We got this for my son’s 3rd birthday — they have something similar at school, and I thought it would be great for rainy days to get the energy out. First, the instructions and images are very hard to understand/see the photos. And the cover did NOT fit around the handle bar! He was very excited when he saw it. But everyone at the birthday party was concerned that the back side was coming up when he bounced. A child later did tip it over. A much smaller child got on it and lightly bounced, and it seemed more appropriate for his size. My son loves it, but we will have to figure out how to keep the back end down to prevent it from flipping over.

Very very easy to assemble.. You can fully assemble within 10 minutes .. They provide the alan wrench for the four screws as well.. Great quality and buy, the price just makes it sweeter.. I would highly reccomend..

Frame pad doesn’t fit around the handle bars. Do you have a solution? Am I missing something?

This trampoline is exactly as pictured, easy to assemble and still looks new months later. We keep it indoors and it has yet to tip or anything, and my 4 year old can very easily reach and hold the bar. Perfect for kiddos with extra energy. Very glad I got this one and not the Little Tikes version.

This is great! My 18 month old daughter loves it! The only complaint that I have is sometimes when she jumps and is holding onto the bar, the back of the trampoline will lift a little bit, but it never tips over. I thought about putting heavy ankle weights on the back, but I keep forgetting. I don't have a problem with it at all though.The assembly was also ridiculously easy and I thought it was a great price as well!
