A little adjusting needed as I could have got away with the kids model, as it turned out I had to cut the center T spring all of this is covered in the complementary dvd. Yes is it going to make you hot and out of breath but it is fun compared to outher cardio workouts, and the difference in 7 days to my waist line was shocking in a good way no Chang in my diet. But do as they tell you, just do a few mins 2-3 times a day so for me that was just 15mins in total as i haven't exercised much at all in the last few years due to injury love them but please don't expect them to be as easy as sitting on the sofa getting more out of shape you need to do a tiny bit often for the first week and build up slowly just like any outher good training program.

I love these boots. I've had them for such a long time!!! I'm using them a lot and I know that apart from lots of benefits, such as: energize the lymphatic system, improve your posture, and improve your cardiovascular health, they also help to get rid of cellulite. Good workout and lot of fun!

My boots arrived earlier than I expected 😀 I have been on a 5mile run already and I feel like I'm young again I literally have my bounce back its the most amazing feeling. I would recommend them to anyone especially if like me keeping fit is getting harder as you get older. I am 50 years young but in these I feel like I'm 20 again THANK YOU 👍

These are for my husband for Christmas so I havnt road tested them yet !! They appear to ok so far,. looking forward to Christmas day and seeing his face. Not tried yet as am a few pounds over the weight limit! Too scared to break them and myself in the process! Look fab and my friends have all had a go so they're going down well.

Die jumps sind super, es ist effektiv und macht mega Spass. Beim ersten mal ausprobieren habe ich ein Lachkrampf bekommen. Also paar Minuten jumpen, und man merkt es am nächsten Tag, es ist also wirklich effektiv. Ich kann sie empfehlen, wenn man zu leicht ist gehen die Gummis nicht runter, ich habe einfach die Mitte rausgeschnitten und nun klappt es super, ich wiege 50Kilo Klare Empfehlung für Sport und Fun begeisterte Achso, mit dem Gleichgewicht halten, dass ist überhaupt nicht schwer, also nicht vergleichbar mit Inliner.
