Couldn't assemble as holes were NOT pre-drilled and the wood is thin enough to worry about it cracking if I DIY. As only the center frame had a hook on the back, I would have to add hanging hardware to each, and again, risk splitting the thin wood frames.

AFTER I ordered it, I read the reviews, and was dreading dealing with it. Either most reviewers aren't too bright, or the company has improved their product. I thought the template they sent was great. It DOES say to put the frames face down, but that's also common sense. I only had one screw I couldn't get in. You should actually tighten them all as far as you can, and it's actually quite sturdy. I'd much rather put one together than spend twice as much for one pre-assembled. If you don't have common sense, this is not the product for you. For the rest of us, it's a great buy.

It was SO hard to put together, and as soon as we got it put together, after about 2 hours, the screws pulled out. They weren’t long enough to stay in, and there was zero reference on the frame below as to where the screws were supposed to go. If you buy this- plan to use superglue to put it together.

Not sturdy. Made of plastic . Tricky getting the back on after putting pictures in. looks nice, just try not to handle it too much

The look is deceptive. This arrived in a very small box, needed to be put together one frame at a time, very flimsy, does not stay straight. Several of the frames did not have “ pre drilled holes” , overall very cumbersome and not as it appeared

UPDATE: I received an email this morning from the seller stating they were sorry I was disappointed in the product and would be giving me a complete refund! This was unexpected so I definitely have to give the seller kudos-it’s very much appreciated. First off, I didn’t realize you had to put it together (must have missed it noted somewhere?). Then brought out the diagram printout, placed the pic frames in the appropriate number boxes and realized some screw holes did not match up with the frame next to it. Bring up the pic on Amazon, try again. I ended up putting the collage frame together only to have it come apart when lifting it off the counter! Would love to return it but it’s a hot mess. ☹️

This frame is perfect for what I needed. It came a little dirty in a couple of spots on the frame, but it wiped away without much effort. It's also a bit scratched on the easel portion, but the easel is on the back soooo - not a big deal! I like that it gives me an option to place on a desk or hang with hooks in a portrait or landscape orientation. Makes this frame incredibly versatile. The material is like compressed paper, not metal so it's light weight and sleek. I was a bit worried since this item had little to no reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised and I highly recommend it.

We are really disappointed because it is really not easy to put together or straight forward. There are no holes for the screw to go INTO as no pre drilled holes for numbers 1-4. Then only holes where the screws should go on the one side so u you have to screw a hole into hard frame on the other side… but the issue is this truly doesn’t line up when you put it together and also would hang an inch away from the wall. When we finally got it together it does not have spaces between the photos as depicted otherwise the frames do not fit together so you can put photos in the back. Very disappointed

Print sizes were great with the one, larger center piece, for a particular photo however sat down, spread out with it on the floor and, as it turns out, screw holes on some of the frames are not there but are detailed on the assembly sheet. Unfortunately returned.

This wasn’t clear that it was dissembled and just downright not user friendly to put together.

It’s automatically fall off from the wall….all the frames are low quality….everything broke

Took almost 2 hours to assemble, pattern provided does not match the frame sizes, had to improvise. No written directions. Instructions not supplied in box with frames. Found a page hidden on the Amazon web page, way below the product specifications and discovered the collage frame is assembled upside down.Post says 9 frames have pre-drilled holes, which is false. Only 6 frames have pre-drilled holes. Pre-drilled holes on all frames wud have been an easier assemble. Screws are not long enuf to securely grip the bottom frame. Had to remove several screws to adjust positioning so each frame is equal distance from the below and adjoining ones. Pre-drilled holes wud have resolved that difficulty. Managed to strip several screws , Star is too soft.
