Review: 100% recommend! These are great! - The pans are precisely as described. What I did not expect was for them to be a substantial as they are! Definitely built to last for decades. The set comes with one cover, and it is also substantial and strong, *and* it fits snugly. (I don't think it will necessarily last as long as the pans, but that's only because it is plastic.). One thing that stands out is that *because* they are nice and thick and heavy (not heavy like steel, heavy like aluminum), they heat really evenly. It is delightful to have things cook consistently across the surface. Another things is that they clean easily, as well. And, so far, no warping. I haven't used metal tools on them, but using my silicone tools, they have remained scratch-free. In short, these pans absolutely live up to the standard of tools we used in the kitchen during my back-of-house restaurant working years. 100% recommend! The value for money is just right. They are real tools and the price is well-justified.

The pans are precisely as described. What I did not expect was for them to be a substantial as they are! Definitely built to last for decades.
