Life saver!! Had breast lift surgery and due to my “t-rex” arms my neck, back, and shoulders were seizing and the pain was unbearable. My husband wrapped this up in a heating pad to warm it up and then used it on my body. I've been using this product for a couple of years now. Gets nice and cold and lasts a long time. Get two benefits, cold and massaging as its used. This is a very nice ice roller, It dissipates coldness in a smooth manner. dose not feel like frost on the skin.I wish they would have given a top lid/cover to keep it cold .

The media could not be loaded. Feels great when frozen and then all moves freely. It is created well, and have no issues with the structure itself. It’s not too expensive just wish it would have a wider base! If it would just stay in place when utilizing, it would feeling amazing. Even with me trying to keep it in one place with my foot the whole system rolls around and is not stable. Im not able to rub my whole foot. So disappointed!

Working creates a lot of intense knots on my neck, shoulder and hands and I’ve used several different kinds of roller massage products but they all come with their own cons, Whether it’s the grip (handle/handling) or the ball(s) themselves, this roller is by far the best one I’ve had so far!!! The handling or grip is stable and comfortable. As for the ball, it’s amazing in terms of performance. Cold, hot and room temperature it gets the job done immediately and wonderfully!!! I’m literally at a loss for words, it’s worth the money I swear.

Amazing for carpal tunnel and arthritis. So cool how it rolls. I got it after going to occupational therapy/ physical therapy and loving it. Brought it to a favorite things gift exchange and it was coveted and snatched up by a friend who competes in distance running.
