I used it daily for eight years without a single issue. Unfortunately, my keys were recently stolen, but there was no question what I was going to replace it with. I looked through my past orders and was thrilled to see they’re still making this keychain. I ordered a new one immediately. Purchased this on a Wednesday and it arrived by Friday, and it exceeded all expectations, especially for a custom monogrammed product! Here are a few high-notes: Leather: This is clearly a high-quality leather, it has a nice hand feel and is plush. You can tell it is real because it is smooth on the top and textured underneath.The color is nice as well, I ordered tan. I can't help but think that this leather keychain will wear in really well over the years, I can't imagine it wearing out or breaking anytime in the foreseeable future. Monogram: I got my wife's initials straight across AMH and I selected Gold. This is as expected and there isn't much to report because it was executed as expected. I would say that given the handmade nature of these items made by Northwind Supply, making these monogrammed items individually to meet each customer's request shows a great attention to detail. I would order with confidence that Northwind would get your order right the first time. Hardware: I went with the Antique Brass, which turned out nice to give this a little character. I believe the pin holding the leather together is a screw-type piece that pokes through the leather in a set hole and then is turned shut. It does not appear to be something that can be easily unscrewed, and I don't plan on messing with it as it seems very secure. My brother is getting married in the spring, and I'm definitely going to recommend Northwind Supply to make some items for his groomsmen gifts, well done guys!
