I am using this probiotic to make gut healthy “yogurt“. It worked just great using it with half-and-half and also with canned coconut milk. Yogurt is delicious and seems to be helping me with sleep and digestion.I especially like it that there are no additives. No cellulose added or anything like that.I definitely recommend it.

Good product. As usual with so many bottled of pills, the contents filled barely half the space in the container. Good thing I bought two bottles, as I immediately combined them into one, with room to spare. 14 Sept 2025.

Great probiotic for stomach health. I have tried all kinds of probiotics to help heal my stomach, but nothing has been better than this strain. I did do a lot of research on it beforehand, so I knew when I purchased it that it would directly work to heal what I needed it to heal.It's still a work in progress, but what helps to make it work best is taking it daily at the same time. Consistency with taking a probiotic each time at the same time is what brings the best results.

It's good. I make culture with it (see Dr. Berg and Dr. Davis) It comes out great.
