I am using this probiotic to make gut healthy “yogurt“. It worked just great using it with half-and-half and also with canned coconut milk. Yogurt is delicious and seems to be helping me with sleep and digestion. I especially like it that there are no additives. No cellulose added or anything like that. I definitely recommend it.

Great probiotic for stomach health. I have tried all kinds of probiotics to help heal my stomach, but nothing has been better than this strain. I did do a lot of research on it beforehand, so I knew when I purchased it that it would directly work to heal what I needed it to heal. It's still a work in progress, but what helps to make it work best is taking it daily at the same time. Consistency with taking a probiotic each time at the same time is what brings the best results.

I made amazing L Reuteri yogurt with this brand. It's best to use two capsules per quart.

This has saved me from years of recurrent BV. I still take it even though I no longer have BV. I would recommend to everyone.

It helps me to make my own yogurt. I use a capsule as my starter, mixed with two tbl of inulin. And a qt of milk. pop it into my yogurt maker and in 36 hours on the low heat , I have excellent qt of yogurt

After years of antibiotics for utis I tried reuteri. Results wonderful after three month uti free.

Works ok for L-Reuteri yogurt, but have found the more expensive bio gaia brand to work better and make thicker yogurt

Yeah, i don't know about these.... they gave me wind and bad stomach cramps but perhaps I should've just persevered with them until my digestive system got used to them?
