After a long day of activities with my kids, we always get hungry in the car—and Magic Spoon Marshmallow hits the spot every time! I also love having it on busy work days when I need a quick, satisfying snack. Low in carbs, packed with protein, and just 1g of sugar—it keeps me full with just one bar. Tastes amazing too! 💪✨

I have these on "subscription". They're delicious and a staple in my Keto pantry. Conveniently individually wrapped, great for travel. Really helps me stay away from sugar, especially when everyone around me is having dessert. No unpleasant aftertaste, great selection of flavors, good texture, very satisfying. I guess the only drawback is that they're so delicious it's tempting to eat more!

If you like rice crispy treats, but are requiring a lower in sugar, higher in protein and fiber option this might just be your product. I have had the marshmallow, birthday cake and chocolate peanut butter and I would have to say my favorite are the marshmallow and birthday cake. They are in my area a little bit harder to find so I have been purchasing them from here but I do have to say it’s extremely expensive $9.99 for four treats/protein bars. I like to have them as my evening sweet treat snack, but they also help curb my appetite. As I’m finding out with lower sugar, higher protein, higher fiber, snacks they do tend to be higher cost, and you do have to get used to the difference between sugar and no sugar or low sugar, but I will say these are probably some of the best that I’ve had.

Variety is the spice of life and the magic spoon variety of protein Rice Krispies is a great way to find out your favorite flavors. I can now find a great version of their cereal as well at my local Whole Foods.Their products have quality clean ingredients, including vegetable fibers and Allulose, a rare common natural sugar found in fruits like Figs & Raisins. It does not spike your blood sugar and has 1/10th the calories of sugar. It is also fulfilling and practically a Rice Krispie Treat, so, what's not to like!

these bars are exactly as described, so it would be unfair of me to say that anything is wrong other than the fact that I don’t like them. They’re kind of like far less tasty rice, crispy bars with some chocolate on them and frankly, if you’re looking for this kind of product, Barebells have similar ingredients, a bit more natural sugars, and they taste delicious. Believe me, I am not a shill for Barebells but I’m simply trying to help other people like me find the best tasting lowest sugar content, high protein bars available. There are some new ones coming out and I’ll eventually try them too.

These are really good. These have a little more of the protein flavor then the cereal does but really delicious. Most protein things taste nasty this is great.. Great for on the go too. They help keep my Type 1 diabetic daughters sugars in range which is amazing! But they are pricy.

These are much better than expected. Doesn’t raise my sugars and they are much bigger than expected. I actually cut them in half. Not a real rice crispy treat but being a diabetic it definite fills the void for me. I would recommend them for sure. I’ve have purchased these quite a few times.
