Love this. Great product for prepping skin for improvement. After I use once a week I add hydronic acid then bit C serum. My face feels healthier. My friend also uses same product. This particular one feels sharp as it is. so don’t over to it Works well rolling about 10 times in one spot. Should start with smaller needles first and work up to larger needles.

I’ve done a ton of research since buying this .2mm size and it turns out that it’s not a long enough needle to stimulate collagen or heal light scars as the brand stated in their questions section and as the box claims! .2mm is just enough of a ‘puncture’ for oil absorption meaning your serums will work better!Packaging was sterile and safe but I believe this is false advertising!

I was nervous buying this because I thought these would hurt but it actually doesnt. I have a low pain tolerance level and I was easily able to do this. I have acne marks from years of acne and enlarged pores as well. I washed my face and then used the derma roller. It wasn't painful at all in fact I was able to increase the pressure. I like that the needles are 0.2mm which is on the smaller end and will work really well since you're doing this at home. Since I just got it I can't comment on the results yet but I can say that it was very easy to use. The needles are the good quality ones; there are some sellers who sell cheap metal ones that are jagged. These are not. Seller responds quickly if you need assistance as well.

I wasn't so sure about the technology before buying because I have a low tolerance level for pain. But these needles are a good size. They do not hurt at all. The grip of the handle is good. The handle is long enough for a good grip even for a large hand. I have yet to see the results on my skin since I am using this concept for the first time.
