I couldn’t believe it, but it actually worked in the rock bed I have. I used almost an entire package and only one nail bent. Highly recommend. And it’s made in the US.

These nails came exactly as described. Long, sturdy, and shiny. I used them to install artificial turf in front of my house. I really wanted non-galvanized nails because you actually want these to rust while they're in the ground (they hold better that way), but I just couldn't pass up the deal. You get a good amount of nails for the price. They went through the turf and into my base (decomposed granite) and soil easily. Just like any other nail, they'll bend if they hit a rock or a piece of concrete underneath, so take your time and try to reposition the nail if you hit something hard before hammering it in.

Using these to secure artificial grass to ground. Have not been in use long enough to be able to review function, but I will tell you what I like about them. The shank is about the same as a size 16 nail but the head is significantly larger so they should be able to grip the carpet without it tearing through. They are strong enough to go into the gravel/sand mix/ landscape fabric that is the base below. At 5.5 inches they should have enough depth to hold the grass down even in our very windy area. Additionally, if they should walk their way up from the ground, the head is large enough that stepping on it barefoot will not hurt or puncture the foot. Fast delivery.

Works great in our hard rocky desert "soil"! But maybe not in soft wet ground.Used these to Replaced some long thin staples designed for fake turf - which bent like pasta halfway in the ground.

Inconsistent and had 30% less than 150 nails ordered! Head of nails were also not all the same and very poo quality! I give 3 stars ONLY because the nails that were made with quality were good,but I’m just upset that I received only 120 nails out of 150 pcs. This was not enough product for my project! I’m going to purchase more only to maintain consistency in my project and probably just buy a bigger box due to missing 30% of product the first time! Price was another factor while I still gave 3 stars and not jus 1 star good price compared to competition. If the new order I receive is not within 10 of the amount ordered or at least receive more product I’m going to rate overall 1 star…
