Carlson Chelated Magnesium Glycinate, 200 mg, Muscle Function, 180 Tablets | Superior Absorption; Bone Support

This magnesium glycinate is the best product for me. The 200 mg strength is perfect to prevent my nocturnal leg cramps and never upsets my belly. Carlson brand is the only one I can find with a 200 mg tablet. Other brands will advertise 200 mg but it requires you to take two 100 mg tablets or capsules. I just hope and pray Carlson never discontinues this product.

great products, I have been using this magnesium but i wish they had a 100mg because some times I need to use 300 mg or 350, if they had 100mg I just had to take the 200mg pill and the 100mg pill, and for 350 just had to take the 200mg pill, one 100mg pill and cut another 100mg to just take 50mg.

All Magnesium is Not Created Equal. I was looking for the tablet form of magnesium glycinate for my mom, who has trouble swelling the larger capsule form. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find tablet form anywhere in the stores. Looked on Amazon and quickly found it and ordered it for her. She’s very happy and can now can take it daily without any difficulty.

Good product!

They work well to help sleep for short periods of time. Once the body gets used to them, you need to give them a couple of weeks' break. Not fun to swallow.
