The screen on this tablet totally surprised me - it's big and easy to use. I love that it can be used as a tablet and a phone, and setting it up was a piece of cake, just had to log into my Gmail. The fast charging and long battery life are awesome. I managed to store loads of games, videos, and kids' movies on it, and it stayed connected to the service provider really well. Definitely got my money's worth.

I bought this only to mount on a wall and run a Hubitat smart home dashboard in a browser. It works very well for that purpose, with clear graphics and good touch response. Based on the lag in setting it up, I doubt it would be good for gaming, but it would make a good internet surfing machine or book reader. It feels sturdy and has a metal case, so I still think I got a lot for my money. Since it is going to sit on a wall and do only one thing, I didn't want to buy anything more than I needed so this was the perfect item for my use case, being one of the cheapest 10" tablets on Amazon.

The tablet did not work and we sent the tablet back for a full refund. But, I had not received my refund yet. We sent it back over two months ago. So could you please refund the money back into my account that you used to take the money out of for the tablet? Thank you

I bought it for my husband because he loves watching YouTube and listening to music so I got the tablet that way he can use his phone without Interruption of his music but the battery only last a few hours and have to keep it plugged in while using it so it doesn't die & crash on him! Also it kicks off our wifi connection and has to reconnect the wifi!Highly upset with this purchase,but thankfully I got Insurance on it! Would not recommend

Value for your money, and easy to navigate

The media could not be loaded. I like it but it’s too slow to play games It’s great to watch shows on in my opinion it’s not really worth almost 80$ maybe 50-60$ life lasts about 3 hours after 100% of charge I got the pink one easy to use in all the performance is a little slow but it all depends on the home internet storage is great so far and yeah.

The only reason this product got a two star rating is because the product was packaged nicely and the product was a really pretty color. Aside from that it’s not a good tablet. It runs SO SLOWLY! Takes forever to download anything and forget watching videos if they load at all. Really disappointed. Definitely will be returning it.

Works great & holds 3 hrs straight of battery time

One minor glitch, the on screen key board when activated is not of the English alphabet the letters o and s are strange, and also the first row of keys vvery difficult to select. Longer battery life would be appreciated.

I bought 2 of these for my children for Christmas. They love them. The accessories are very light weight and easy to connect. The stylist pen is a nice touch, I just wish there was a place to connect it to the tablet or keyboard so it doesn't get lost. The tablets were easy to set up and I was able to create settings for child use very easily using Google. Very happy with these especially for the price.

Playing games

Basically only for my wife home use. It gets enough memory for her day to day use. She's happy with it !
