Headband is NOT adjustable
Useless, the head band is too large and NOT adjustable. It moves all over the head, so I stopped using it.

Im a boxer and starting using this a couple days ago. Its great for improving hand speed! Even if you werent a boxer I would recommend as it is a really good workout!!
