Quality product - I would advice to not listen negative reviews
This review is for H4 graphite headrest for remastered HM chair. After reading many negative reviews about this item I was worried about headset moving all over the place as many described tightening up issues. Well, those who left these reviews either got a different product from the one I’ve received or must have screwed up something when assembling/adjusting this headrest to a chair. All parts of this headrest where tight enough out of the box for me. I’ve only tightened up the height position slightly to make it even more firm. If you would like to tighten up even further then you could and this would keep the headrest in one position without possibility to move it.Some reviews said that plastic caps covering the screws where hard to remove. Honestly with a bit of care and patience they were peace of cake to remove, without damaging. If however somehow you’ve managed to damage these, then guess what, product comes with a spare pair of these caps to replace. Some other reviews mentioned that horizontal adjustment (silver bars adjustment) are not tight enough. That is not true in my experience but if you still have a problem with tightness than this product comes with clamps which you can assemble on these silver bars to lock the headrest in desired position.Product quality is great. Mesh matches exactly the colour of the chair. Mash structure is slightly different but you really need to look closely to notice this. The only downside is that mesh is touching neck skin directly and while it is overall very comfortable, it might feel a bit cold, especially in a winter time. I think nice plushy pillow would do much better here but then it would not match the chair as good as the mesh. The only cons is the price. It’s a lot of money for a peace of plastic and mesh.Summarising, I am very happy with the product but unhappy with negative reviews as they were very misleading for me to an extent that I’ve almost purchased atlas version of this headrest from USA (delivery to UK would take much longer). I am glad I’ve choosen this one over atlas.

Expensive, But Absolutely the One to Get
This headrest is priced like an official Herman Miller product, which is to say it's expensive for what is essentially just a fancy headrest. That said, this is going to be the best option if you do want a headrest, and working from home and spending time gaming in my chair outside of work, I can see this definitely being worth it in the long run for the extra support. The quality of the headrest is good and, importantly, the materials and colours do match the chair, as does the great adjustability. The headrest does move slightly when using it normally if you lean back hard, but can be tightened if needed. There's a very slight unevennesses to the way the material on my headrest is suspended, but it's not noticeable unless you really pay close attention and doesn't affect the comfort in any way.

Good.
It's well made, fits and works. Had it for about a week so if it lasts I will have no complaints.I do think it is a little expensive for what it is, if it was made by Herman Miller, the makers of the chair, it would be at least this much, but it's a retrofit, bolt into place addition. The mesh isn't as tight as the chair, a little clunky, but fits and is strong enough for now. For something that bolts onto a £1k+ chair you don't want something that will damage it. It's good. I hope it lasts.

Amazing headrest
This is a perfect match for the chair and exact same quality - very securely fixed and definitely worth buying

High quality item, well engineered, perfect match to the chair.
The headrest is incredibly well made and it’s well engineered. Fits on to the back of the Aeron chair perfectly and easy to install. It’s very comfortable and adjusts to many positions. I’m 6ft tall and it’s perfect for me and my partner is 5’2 and it fits perfectly for her also. The materials used (mesh and frame) are identical to the Aeron - you cannot tell the difference. It’s still very expensive for a headrest but it is excellent quality. The customer service is excellent and they say they will take it back if I’m not happy in any way. I will be keeping it.

Do not buy this poorly engineered fisher-price garbage
Do not buy this poorly engineered product. A headrest should be adjustable, once adjusted should stay in place somehow, screws or a locking mechanism. The product itself has 2 bars at the back that span from the top to the bottom of the headrest and have various sticking points to stay in place, glossing over the fact that the locking points are crap, the bars themselves are not properly attached to the headrest at the start and end where they're supposed to be anchored in place. The arm switch which is designed to adjust the 'depth' of the headrest is not tight enough and even the slightest force will change the headrest's position. Finally for some reason you need a screwdriver (rather than the supplied Allen Key) to fix the headrest's angle. Only the screws are already fully tightened yet you can easily turn the headrest. So in summary, everything that is supposed to be fixed in place moves. When you buy a headrest for over £130 you expect it to be properly engineered and last. This piece of garbage wasn't functional from day one and maybe I'm lucky because even if it had been, the faults are the kind of faults that would develop over time. Garbage fisher-price engineering on an exceptionally expensive product. Getting my money back.
