I don't know how or why, but it did work for me after applying man1 senfla. I was able to regain my sensitivity after a few minutes. I am fortunate that it worked well for me. I will keep on applying it on daily.

Absolutely does not work and the instructions on how to use are so vague! I went to the Man 1 website and only under the faqs tab does it have real instructions Start with Senfla™ to increase and maintain penile sensitivity. Using your fingertip, massage a small amount into the penis skin. Wait 15-20 minutes to allow for complete absorption of the ingredients, then head to the shower to wash off any sticky residue. Why hide this! Why not put it on the bottle? Also website looks like it was made in a rush absolutely no info on the product pages you have to dig around to find any real info They write about targeted ingredients why don’t they give some bullet points as to what ingredients and how they’re supposed to work to help restore sensation? Feeding off people’s insecurities

No need for a good/bad situation here, honestly. Again, No Pictures! XD In my opinion, this is an excellent product. It does help increase penis sensitivity. HOWEVER! Be careful. The formulation contains retinoids which are responsible for producing the effect, largely. If you research retinoids, you'll come to find they remove the surface layer of old skin. Too much skin removal can cause problems. That's not what you want, I assure you. All in all, this is a very good product! Purchase their moisturizer as well, and use it liberally. Following the directions is important with this sensitization lotion; but later on, you may have to use it more sparingly. THIS IS GREAT STUFF! The person who put this product on the market deserves credit for being bold enough to do so. Use your brain, you'll be fine. :)

Honestly, I'm not entirely convinced by this product's effectiveness—I haven't observed any significant change in sensation, and there's no clear before-and-after difference. Based on my experience, I recommend trying a blend of jojoba oil with 30,000 IU of vitamin E oil; this alternative made a noticeable difference for me. A quick online search will confirm that it works much better.

Lotion is thin so it can drip off when applied. Best to apply on the top side and not from your cupped hand. Feels great while rubbing in but takes more time to get it absorbed and that’s ok. Feels good to apply but eventually gets a bit sticky so you know you are done. You want to shower before you are with your partner due to the stickiness. You can apply hours before the shower if desired. I would leave it on for at least a half hour before showering though. Sensitivity has noticeably increased but I would say not as much as I had hoped after a full month of use.

A bit pricy, but it does what it claims to do. Im on my 3rd bottle and use this each and every time i come out of the shower. If your looking to regain the pleasure you felt when you were younger, think no more. You found the right product. It totally works for me. I use this along with the Man 1, Man Oil. Like my other half says, your in love with my bliss. Yes, I do due to this product , sensitivity has increased .

I was pretty skeptical about this stuff going in. I’ve had abrasion induced desensitization for over 15 years and it’s always made sex less pleasurable. I’d just accepted it. After three weeks using this stuff I’ve had a major improvement and things continue getting better. Great stuff

I have been a user of their Man Oil lotion for a while now and figured I would give this Senfla product to try to improve sensitivity. Wound up with chemical burns. There is a mild burning sensation when you apply the product and if you do not wash off shortly after applying it you may wind up with burns like me. The first time this happened I thought perhaps it was from something else however after healing and not using the product for two months with no issues, I applied it again last night before bed being careful not to leave any excess. Woke up in the morning with the same chemical burns. The instructions on the bottle do not appear to be clear at all. They simply state. “ use any time prior prior to showering”. My takeaway from this is that if you do not shower off shortly after application, you could be in trouble. I will continue to use their man oil product, but I consider this product dangerous at this point.
