I really enjoy snacking on these roasted edamame beans. They’re light on calories yet full of flavor, with a satisfying crunch and just the right amount of saltiness. The three easy to open packs make them convenient to grab and go, and each pack is a decent size, though I do wish they were a bit larger. They come in several flavors, but the Sea Salt variety is definitely my favorite. Highly recommended.

I buy the 3 pack because it is a better price compared to buying just one bag. I also get it on Subscribe and Save which reduces the price. This stuff is such a yummy and healthy snack to munch on. I tried all the flavors and Buffalo is the best because the Siracha is REALLY SPICE - the plain flavor that only has salt is bland - so Buffalo is the best out of all the flavors. It is NON GMO but not organic. I wish it was organic but it is really difficult to find organic roasted edamame. It is grown in China and I am not thrilled about that - because China is very polluted, but I called the company and they said they have strict quality control - and I feel better because it is certified non GMO. I like the crunchy texture - this is a great snack that has no added sugar and no artificial ingredients. Very high protein, fiber and isoflavones which are good for health. Very versatile because I don't like croutons in salad because croutons are too salty and white flour - I like to put these edamame in salads instead of croutons. It also is a good topping for soup.....mostly I like it for snacks because just a few bites and I am full and it is low calorie.

These are delicious and a perfect protein packed snack for anyone! I myself have several autoimmune diseases including Rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus and Hashimotos. I have had them for 16 years and It is very necessary I have a clean, "Autoimmune protocol" diet. These are perfect for that diet, and they actually taste geat! I actually bought some to give to friends as a stocking stuffer bec they all love them now too! I got this pack on sale and that helped me tremendously because I am now unable to work and it has been very difficult to maintain a healthy diet with my very lean, fixed income. Everything is going up in price but my SSDI check is not, even my Medicare costs are going up! So I also commend this company for NOT price gouging people, and I hope and pray they keep it that way! Thank you for this healthy, tasty, protein packed snack!! I will definitely be buying more!
