The North Face Women's Jester Backpack

I've had a North Face backpack for years (5 years total), and decided to upgrade. Great back support and very sturdy. This backpack has a small organizational compartment and a large main compartment with a laptop sleeve. The main compartment has a ton of space. The padding on this backpack is so much more substantial than my North Face Borealis from 2013! I also love that the strapping and zippers are the perfect light pink.

This backpack has everything and need and nothing that I don't. It is very comfortable, has plenty of space for a laptop WITH a portable monitor (a thin one) in the laptop sleeve, plus probably 3-4 textbooks in the rest of the space and some other stuff crammed in there. The front pocket also has plenty of space. One thing I don't like about the pockets is that if they are partially unzipped, they will flop right over (especially if there's stuff in the front pocket), but that hasn't been that big of a deal to work with. The drink pockets are fantastic; I never struggle with them.

This back pack is top of the line. I purchased this as a Christmas present for my daughter in law. She is a teacher and needed room to carry a laptop, planners, books or any other teaching supplies. Inside pockets are great. To change over to a hiking backpack which they do often, the outside ties can hold a water bottle too. You pay a little more for this backpack but it is well constructed and you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
