Really great stuff!! Looking to freshen up, stop bundle eating, get a work out or start growing stamina for that jaw game, this is the stuff. I wasn’t expecting much but the day I got it was tough, I did the recommend 5 mins twice daily and now the gum is easier to chew but still gives me a work out. Do not over do it, you will be uncomfortable.

Improved my jaw strenght marginally but I can imagine it working if I keep going at it consistently.

I'd like to tell you this gum gave me a strong sculpted jawline but... I think you would have to chew it a few hours everyday for weeks. The gum has a good flavor and it lasts a long time. Initially I was worried it might pull my crown loose but luckily that didn't happen. The gum is hard to chew which is the point but it's not sticky so it doesn't pull on your teeth so it seems safe to use. If you are an avid gum chewer this might work.

Already seeing results. Chew evenly though I see more results on one side compared to the other.

It tastes good and and it works for some people but it was harder than I expected and hurt my teeth and was also a little pricey. It may be good for others but to me it was too hard.

It works just a little pricey

I was hoping to get a jawline workout with this gum. But when I tried the first one it was like any other gum you would find at a grocery store. It’s not tough to chew at all. Also there is no flavor. I would recommend buying a more expensive gum instead, unless you wanna waste your money.

As title says, it's the gum I was looking for. Hard, chewy once you work it a little. The flavor lasts a long time which is good cause I chew it waaaaaay longer than 5 minutes. I just keep it in my car and chew it while I drive. Might work for you too.
