I am in love with the Mulled Magic scent — it’s basically fall in a candle. Warm, cozy, and a little spicy without being overwhelming. It makes my whole living room feel like apple cider and crisp leaves. 🍂🍎 I first tried Lazy Lulu (a gift), but that one was a bit too “perfumy” for me. Mulled Magic, though, is absolutely perfect — rich and inviting without that heavy fragrance feel. One of my favorite parts of the Foton pearls is how easy it is to change them from holder to holder. I had a few candle holders I’d been saving, and I was so excited to finally mix and match them with the seasons. It feels like I can decorate with candles all year long without buying new ones every time. The customizable wick set up is fun and fancy. I’ve already gotten compliments on how pretty it looks on my table! Highly recommend if you want a clean-burning, customizable candle that actually smells like the season instead of like perfume. Mulled Magic will definitely be my go-to fall scent.

The Foton pearled candle is beautifully scented, versatile, and thoughtfully designed. Its fragrance is subtle and steady—pleasant even when it’s not lit. And because you can pour it into any container, it easily adapts to different rooms and moods. The self‑extinguishing wick is a game‑changer, a built‑in peace‑of‑mind feature that removes the “did I blow that out” worry. It’s simply a reliable candle that works effortlessly, with a design that feels intuitive and reassuring.

I really love the idea of this candle. So far it has served its purpose and lives up to the description. It’s been fun to put the beads in different vessels. It really is a clean burn, no soot or black smoke, so far. The smell is nice, not sure what it is scented with though. I’m sensitive to scented things and this has not given me any issues. It’s very subtle, it will not make your whole house smell like the candle. One potential concern is burn time. So far, it feels like it’s burning a bit faster than described. I’ll update when an entire candle has been burnt. Another thing is that it’s a bit messy. I recommend filling your vessel over a paper plate or something that makes clean up easy. A paper plate helps with putting back the pieces that spill when removing the burnt wick. Neither of these things will deter me from purchasing again. Minor issues. I have also found that if you crumble the melted part it can be added back to the candle. It won’t be as fine as your original beads but if you’re frugal, like me, and want to use every last bit, it seems to be working. *Don’t mind my one-handed video. I wanted to show you how beautifully it’s packaged and how easy it is to set up.

While the candle burned well for the (very) short time I used it, the fragrance was totally overpowering. Just the beads alone, not even lit, had an extremely strong smell. I'm not sensitive to fragrances. In fact, I'm not able to smell scents as well as the average person. But this was so overwhelming that I threw the entire box into the garbage.

Just smelling it through the box, it was amazing but it was a gift for my sister in law. She instantly set it up on her table with a container she had laying around with a lot left over. The price threw me for a bit but I wanted a good quality and a good brand so went with a good name vs off brand and wanted something made in the USA. She burned it all night as we had dinner and then as she blew it out and the wick cooled, she took it out, saved the wick, and stored the pearls for later as just a table decoration. It’s a very cool idea and would never know it’s a candle if you didn’t know it. So far I’m very impressed and plan on buying more. I bought another for my mother in law and know she will love it.
